Shipping and Delivery

Shipping
Free Shipping There is a 1-2 working day processing lead-time on all products. Your order will typically arrive to you within 3-15 working days from the date of order processing. We process orders that are submitted before 5:00pm that same day, and if ordered after 5:00pm, the order will be processed the following working day. If an item cannot be processed for any reason by the specified time, you will be contacted ASAP via email regarding same. In cases where an order has not been received, we will absolutely do all we can to assist with tracing the order, but hold no liability for delayed deliveries, as shipping is handled by exterior courier companies. It is the duty of the customer to notify cissales of any damage to items in writing within 2 working days of the initial delivery date. Failure to notify cissales within this time-frame may hinder item replacement/refunds. We ask customers to notify us within 2 working days of the expected delivery date if an item has not been received or they factually know that no delivery was attempted.

Can you Ship to my country
cissales delivers to every country (except within Mainland China). Different shipping methods are available for different countries however we aim to provide free delivery we will contact you if this is not possible.

When you order we will provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country. In some countries, importing bigger quantities of goods is restricted for private individuals and businesses. It’s your responsibility to comply with your country’s laws. Please check with your local Customs or local government website to see if importing requires any special licence in your country. When shipping to some countries we can only accept bank draft due to fraud prevention.

Liability for import duties / tax
All Customs tax and liabilities in additon to the cost of the goods are the responsability of the customer

Liability in the case of Customs exceptions
Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, cissales will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country – and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Please read the full small print of the cisales terms and conditions, which you are agreeing to at the point of placing an order.

Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

Speak to the cissales customer support team if you need more advice about taxes, shipping invoices and paperwork, and customs declarations.

Resposibility for shipping Costs
The customer is wholly responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. cissales is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match customer’s shipping method whenever possible.

Customer Shipping Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover loss and damage in transit of returned items and to also use an approved, reputable carrier and shipping method that provides proof of delivery. cissales is not responsible for any loss during the returns transit procedure.

Manufacturer Restrictions Policy

Manufacturer restrictions apply to certain products, as detailed below and as updated on occasion. Customer may obtain additional details by contacting us directly.

Orders and Returns

Defective Product Returns
Customer may return most defective products directly to cissales within fourteen (14) days of invoice date and receive, at cisales option, replacement, exchange, or repair. After fourteen (14) days, only the manufacturer warranty applies.

NON Defective Product returns
Customers may return most non-defective products directly to cissales, for non defective products you must notify cissales within 48 hours of receiving your product by completion of the RMA Form (available via customer services) and return the goods within 14 working days of delivery date providing the product(s) are in there original packaging and in a completely resell able condition. Please note, this ‘cooling off period’ is not applicable to Business customers. Where a product is returned as unwanted, a 15% restocking fee may apply excluding all other delivery charges.

Return of Software or DVDs
cissales at its discretion can offer refunds only for unopened and undamaged software that is returned within 7 days of receiving goods.

Refunds & Cancellations
14 Day cooling off Period

Upon receipt of your goods we allow 48 hours, for you, the customer to perform what would be considered reasonable testing. If  for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you must submit an RMA form within this 48 hour period and return the product to cissales within 14 days. Please note, all goods must be returned in all original packaging and in a completely resell-able condition.

In the case of a service, the cooling-off period begins on the day the contract for distance selling was concluded.

In the case of digital content, the cooling-off period expires when the downloading or streaming starts.

This is in line with the “Distance Selling Directive”, so long as the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state and the goods are in a completely resellable condition, otherwise your return may be rejected..

Goods must be returned at customers own expense.

Returned Product Condition
All non-defective and/or unwanted returned products MUST BE returned complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, special gifts and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. cissales reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete products or to charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

Resposibility for shipping Costs
The customer is wholly responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. cisales is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match customer’s shipping method whenever possible.

Returns by Telephone
There is absolutely no communication by phone regarding returns issues. All returns requests must be submitted using our online returns form. All queries regarding returns must be submitted through email using the requested RMA Forms.
